Southern Miss LB Gerald McRath will forego his senior season and enter the draft. McRath, a 6-foot-3 inch, 220 pound junior can play both inside and outside linebacker and projects as a second round pick.
Former Penn State, now Hampton DT Chris Baker will also enter the draft after receiving a fourth round projection from scouts.
South Carolina junior LB Eric Norwood, who had declared for the draft, has apparently changed his mind and will return to school for his senior season.

Brett Favre will stay in green -- the future Hall of Famer has officially been traded to the New York Jets in return for a fourth round pick that could become a first rounder, depending on how the Jets do this season. Chad Pennington will likely be cut by New York.
However, the real losers in this situation will likely be the Packers. The management of this fiasco has really upset the Packer fanbase. Favre is next to God in Wisconsin. Aaron Rodgers was being booed at practice on Monday and Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy have made it next to impossible for the poor kid to succeed, as it would appear that Rodgers (who despite promise hasn't done a thing yet in the league) was chosen over a legend in Favre, who was willing to come back.
If Aaron Rodgers doesn't work out, Brett Favre and Brian Brohm will look good. But, should that happen, certainly Ted Thompson, if not Mike McCarthy as well, will be looking for new jobs in January. And for what? Pride. Note to Green Bay: Pride always comes before the fall.
But, on the plus side, ESPN has to be almost done covering this story...right?
