Ex-Tulsa Standout Could Make Roster
It was surprising when former Tulsa QB Paul Smith went undrafted in April. In Jacksonville, however, it won't be surprising if he wins a roster spot. The 6-foot-1 inch Smith will battle with journeyman Todd Bouman for the third string QB spot this summer.
